We had the pleasure of working with Michael West and Leilani McCormick in both the buying of our new home and the sale of our previous home.  We negotiated the sales during June of 2010 – a very depressed time for real estate sales.  From the initial meeting until after the closing of both homes, they were extremely attentive to our every question and every need.  Mike and Lani are Mukilteo real estate experts.  They presented very thorough market analyses of both homes which gave us a very realistic understanding of the current market value for both properties. 

Mike and Leilani gave us several suggestions for staging of our home, and combining this with their market analysis we were able to come up with a competitive price.  Combine this with a phenomenal photographer and a beautiful flyer, our house sold in only 2 days!  Not only have we been thrilled with our experience with Mike and Lani, but we feel we have made lifelong friends!
